i Fratelli is translated literally from the Italian for “the brothers.” But the i Fratelli concept also represents family, and is intrinsic to our core values as individuals and as a company. Born, raised, and schooled in Irving, the Cole brothers give much credit to their parents George and Ann Cole for having raised them and their two sisters with discipline, dedication, and love. Family values and a philosophy of giving back to our employees, our guests, and our community have been the main ingredients for success at i Fratelli.

A large part of our community commitment has been giving to schools of all levels, donating to charitable fund-raisers and offering our services to organizations. As a result of this community investment, we have found that the support we give always comes back in turn.
