George P. Cole II
Administrator and Good Time Guy

Following his graduation from MacArthur High School in Irving, George received his B.A. from Stephen F Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. After a spending some time in graduate school and in sales with Moore Business Forms, he founded i Fratelli with his brothers in 1987.

George’s activities include membership in several local chambers of commerce, Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Tyler, Texas, and the Texas Restaurant Association (TRA). George graduated from the Leadership Irving course in 1992 offered by the Irving Chamber, and the Leadership TRA course in 1993. He has participated for several years as an officer and director of the local Greater Dallas Restaurant Association, serving as its President in 2002. He has also held a director position for the Texas Restaurant Association for eight years and served as President of the TRA in 2005.

George spends most of his leisure time at home in Tyler Texas with Amy, his wife, and their children Meredith and George III. His interests include church and school activities, travel, history, and going out to eat.
