Mike Cole
Director of Operations and Mad Scientist

Following his graduation from MacArthur High School in Irving, Mike attended Stephen F Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas where he met his wife Pam.  Mike received his Associates degree in food service operations from El Centro College in Dallas, Texas.  After working for Brinker International, Hilton Hotels, and Chick-fil-a, he founded i Fratelli with his brothers in 1987.

Mike’s activities include seven area Chambers of Commerce, Board Member of the Catholic Pro-Life Committee of North Texas, Regnum Christi Movement, St Ann Parish in Coppell, and the Knights of Columbus.

Mike and his wife Pam, a Native Texan, and their three children, Mary, Bernadette, and John Paul, reside in Irving, Texas where they enjoy cooking, fishing, fireworks, and classical piano.
